ShipGate, operated by Ermaz LLC ("we"), provides software for release-readiness checks and evidence preparation against versioned rule packs, currently including checks derived from the EU Cyber Resilience Act. By using the service you agree to these terms.
ShipGate is not a conformity assessment body or notified body. It does not issue CE marks, does not sign declarations of conformity, does not certify or guarantee regulatory compliance, and does not provide legal advice. Gate results describe the presence or absence of repository evidence and manufacturer declarations under a specific ruleset at a specific commit — nothing more. Product classification, conformity assessment, market placement, and regulatory reporting decisions remain solely with you.
No use of the service to attack, overload, or exfiltrate data from systems you are not authorized to access, and no attempts to circumvent rate limits or abuse the GitHub API through the service.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. Rulesets are updated as regulatory guidance evolves; results under different ruleset versions may differ.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ermaz LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or regulatory damages arising from use of the service, including decisions made in reliance on gate results. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
